Stinger Industries Call (772) 529-4144

One desk for the whole business.

We run the office side of your business so you can get back to the work. You tell Annabelle what needs doing, in your own words. She does it in the right program and waits for your yes before anything goes out.

Trades and service companies run on Command Center. Restaurants, bars and hotels run on House. A small law office runs on Firm, and a medical front office on Practice.

If you can talk, you can use it

Annabelle is how you work every program. The same Talk to Annabelle box sits in each one. You say what you need in your own words, she reads your saved records, drafts the work, and waits for your yes before anything moves money or messages a customer. On the Command Center you can also type by voice.

"Did the tech make it to the Alvarez pool today?"

She checks the visit log for that property in Service.

"What did he add to the water?"

She reads the readings and chemicals logged on that stop.

"Who still owes us money?"

She lists the open invoices from your books.

On 2 Nov 2026 she answered from saved records in Service, Construction, Galley, Quill, Marquee, SI-NET and Ledge, among others. In a few programs her panel is still being connected.

Keep your tools, or switch. Your call.

Plenty of business software is hard to connect and harder to leave. We work the other way. One login, one set of books, one record of the customer, whatever the business.

You may already pay for several programs. Keep them. We connect to them and run them under one roof. Or run ours side by side. When ours does the same job, bring your data over and drop that bill.

Command Center, for trades and service.

One login for the whole business, and Annabelle is the part you talk to. Quotes, dispatch, books, inventory, scheduling and documents. The specialists draft the work; you approve it.

How we build each program

For each trade we take the most widely used software, list everything it does, and read what its own customers complain about and wish it did. Then we build a program that covers all of it and goes further where owners and their customers need more.

Every program is checked row by row against its rival. On 31 Oct 2026, Bound matched 74 of the 75 QuickBooks features we track, and Vanta 99 of the 112 HubSpot features. The comparison below uses only rows we have matched.

Switching is smooth

Keep what you use

  • Connected today: Google Calendar and Drive, Dropbox, DocuSign, Square and Stripe.
  • Bring your books in from QuickBooks Desktop, a spreadsheet or bank statements. Bring your customers into Vanta from a CSV file.
  • Restaurants can bring in files from MarketMan, MarginEdge, 7shifts and Opera.
  • On request: direct connections to Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Procore, Wave, Workiz, JobNimbus, JobTread, Service Fusion, Shopmonkey and Acuity are built. We switch one on when you connect your own account.

Move to ours

  • One login opens every program for your door.
  • Your customers, jobs and books come in once, from the export file your old tool already gives you. We have the steps for 25 tools, from Jobber and ServiceTitan to QuickBooks and DocuSign.
  • In the first week Annabelle sets up your account with you and teaches each screen as you use it.

How we compare

What it does for you

Did the tech go?

Every stop is logged against the property with the time, the readings and what was added, so you can check before the customer calls.

Who hasn't paid?

Ask Annabelle which invoices are still open. She reads them from your books and lists them for you.

The ticket that never reached the pass

In House, every order lands on the pass by course, and the oldest plate shows first.

The double-booked chair

Chair keeps the book and the walk-in line on one screen, so you can see who is in which chair and who is next.

House runs the night.

The floor, the kitchen, the bar stock and the hotel: the book, the pass, check-in and checkout, and what is on the shelf. From a 40-seat restaurant to a hotel with several restaurants and bars. House is bought on its own, as its own Command Center for hospitality.

Sold on their own.

Command Center, plus the apps that quote, sign, keep books, track stock, schedule the work, and give whoever picks up the phone what your best technician knows.

A real product for every step of the job: quoting, signing, books, inventory, scheduling, venue layout, teams, and trade-specific operations. Each runs as its own app today; Desk is built and running, and we are showing it rather than selling it.

Prompt Engineer

Talk to Annabelle the way you would talk to anyone who works for you. Plain words, no special phrasing, nothing to learn. For the long jobs with a lot of steps, switch the prompt engineer on and she works your request into a proper plan before she starts. Off by default, because most of the time you will not need it

About Prompt Engineer

Live Call Assist

A customer calls and starts describing the problem. While they talk, their whole file comes up, the last visit, what was fitted, what it cost, what is still owed, alongside the part and the price out of your own price list. Your person quotes it on the call. The customer hears one person who knows their account. Live fault diagnosis, where she works out the likely cause from what the caller describes, is in development

About Live Call Assist

Shield

Anti-scam and endpoint security: email and file scam detection, quarantine, an operator console. The Windows endpoint and mobile companion are built, not yet released.

How We Build

Some of the tools we built to run this company ourselves

About How We Build

Talk to Annabelle like a person.

No commands to learn. She sits in your meeting, in the room or on a phone bridge. She records it, writes the minutes and the to-dos, and tells the people in the meeting apart. Phone answering is built and switches on once a carrier line is connected. You talk in plain words, and she restates it in your business's terms before she acts.

Annabelle

Talk to her in plain words. She runs the desk and never sends or spends until you confirm.

Annabelle onboards you

About onboarding

Every kind of business, one system.

One set of books, one words engine and one set of rules sit underneath. Each trade gets its own words, price list and stages on Command Center. Hospitality runs on House. Every picture below is a real setup, not a separate app.

Three tiers, plus Enterprise.

Launch, Ignite, and Accelerate include every Command Center program, on one sign-in: Command Center plus Galley, SINET, Bound, Cage, Chair, Social Studio, Stinger Cut, Teams, Forge and the rest of the trades and service family, each keeping its own data. House, Firm and Practice are not part of Command Center. Each is bought on its own, and each includes Creator. No per-program add-ons. No per-seat charges. Add your whole team. What changes with the tier is how many tasks Annabelle handles for you each month, not which programs you can open. Enterprise is $1,397 a month for up to 50 people and every Command Center program; larger teams are quoted. Want just one tool? Stinger Teams, Forge and Creator are also sold on their own. Every program works with any AI provider key (Claude, Grok, OpenAI or others), or with Stinger's included AI.

Questions people ask

What is Stinger Industries?

Business software run by Annabelle. Command Center runs trades and service companies, House runs restaurants, bars, hotels and events, Firm runs a small civil law office, and Practice runs a medical front office.

What does Command Center cost?

Launch is $297 a month, Ignite $497, Accelerate $697, and Enterprise $1,397 for up to 50 people. You are not charged per seat.

Is House included in Command Center?

No. House, Firm and Practice are each bought on their own. The Creator package comes with every plan.

Does Annabelle act without asking?

No. She shows you what she plans to do. Nothing moves money or messages a customer until you say yes.

Does Annabelle answer the phone?

Phone answering is built. It switches on once a carrier line is connected to your account.

Where are you based?

Port St. Lucie, Florida. We work on site from Port St. Lucie to Orlando, take work up the East Coast and in New York, and the software runs anywhere.

Can I keep Jobber or QuickBooks?

Yes. Run them beside Stinger. Direct connections to Jobber, QuickBooks Online and ten other tools are built and switched on when you connect your own account, and you can bring files in from QuickBooks Desktop, spreadsheets and bank statements today.

Do I have to retype my customers?

No. Export them from the tool you use now and they come in once, from that file. Vanta takes customers from a CSV file.

Get it on your desk.

Install it straight from the browser in one click. It gets its own icon on your desktop and taskbar, and opens in its own window. In Chrome or Edge, use the Install icon in the address bar; in Safari on a Mac, File, then Add to Dock.

See it on your jobs, your menu, your floor.

One sign-in. Log in to Command Center once, and every Command Center program opens already signed in. Annabelle's panel is still being connected in some programs. Updates never cut you off: a small "Update ready" bar waits for you to finish and saves your drafts first.

Built for trades and service companies: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pools, landscaping, construction, cleaning, auto shops, salons and barbershops. Built just as much for hospitality: restaurants, bars and nightclubs, hotels, caterers and event venues. Entertainers and creators too. Based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We work with businesses everywhere.

Where we work

On site, we cover Port St. Lucie to Orlando: St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Palm Beach and Orange counties.

We also take work anywhere in Florida, up the East Coast, in New York (Howard Beach, Long Island, Queens and Manhattan) and outside the country. The software itself runs anywhere, so we work with companies wherever they are.
