STINGER HOUSE

The night, on one screen.

House runs tonight: one next thing, a real pass, the floor, the bar, stock that does not leave until you send it, and a banquet count the kitchen can actually cook. A 40-seat restaurant, a neighborhood bar, a caterer and a hotel use the same rooms. House opens from Command Center.

The gap between "we sold it" and "the plate left the pass."

Avero tells you what the outlet did last night. Opera and Simphony take the money. Delphi sold the wedding. None of them run the night while it is happening. House does.

Chair is your desk

Restaurant, rooms, banquets, bar, staff kitchen. Guests and food money in each, on one screen.

Bound is what you sold

Change the wedding from 80 to 60 and the kitchen list follows. Orders still wait for you to send them.

Front is the floor

What's off. Who is sitting. The walk-in at the door becomes a ticket to the floor, not a rumor.

The pass is live plates

Oldest first. If a room has been sitting twelve minutes, the house knows before the guest calls down.

Chef and Cage stay with the kitchen

You see them. You do not take them. Chef keeps Chef, and the pass is theirs.

Annabelle is in every room

Ask her which outlet runs short. She answers in the language of the floor, not a report. Opt-in, off by default.

Today, not last night

A "today" view of the shift as it runs, so the room reads what is happening now, not a recap after close.

New crew, on the floor fast

A built-in guide walks a new hire through the screens before their first shift. No separate manual to hand them.

One dining room, start to finish.

Set tonight's guests on Today. Prep and Cage update when that number changes. Recipes shows what each dish costs to make against what it sells for, and flags the ones that cost too much. Prep builds the list for each station and pulls from the shelf. Front seats the walk-in, keeps the book and runs the waitlist, with an optional text to the guest. Write a note to the front, and the floor knows what is off before they greet a table.

House Today shows the Blue Water Pools and Outdoor Living sample kitchen, with waiting dishes and Plate or Send controls on the pass.
The House floor brings walk-in seating, the waitlist and the chef's note together.

The bar is its own room, and the shelf stays honest.

In Chair, the bar sits next to the restaurant with its own guests and money. Cage walks the shelf against the par you set and lists what is missing. Mark it found, or write it off. Type what actually came in, and the rest stays on the way. Cage drafts the order and copies a buy list for a text or email to the rep. Nothing is ordered until you press Send.

The House stock screen lists missing ingredients with the last named person and Found or Write off controls.

Hold. Definite. Cook to. Pull.

The space is blocked, then the deposit is in, then the guarantee locks 48 hours out. Prep follows that number, not the hopeful headcount, and the count can go up but not down. Each party carries its room, its setup (rounds or a long table), its run of show, its diets, its extra plates and its cost per plate. Bound writes the list, and Cage still waits for Send. If banquet cuts at 4 p.m., they do it in Bound, not in a chain of emails. On the floor, Front shows each banquet drop until it leaves the room.

House Reservations lists parties with their status, cook-to count, extra plates, dishes and dietary notes.
The House party form is open above the seeded Reservations list, with service style, status and dish choices ready to fill.

Rooms, outlets and the front desk on one board.

Front Desk shows every room's status and tonight's arrivals. Check a guest in, or check in a walk-in. Add a charge for dinner or parking, see the balance due, and run bill and checkout. Past stays stay on record. Chair shows each outlet: the restaurant, room service, banquets, the bar and the staff kitchen, with guests and food money in each. Room service tickets land on the same pass as the dining room.

The House Front Desk shows room status, named arrivals and check-in or checkout controls.
The House Front Desk shows the Okafor Family checked into room 104 with its bill open.

A kitchen or a whole hotel. Same House.

In Settings, pick the shape of your house. A kitchen is one dining room, tonight's board, the shelf and a party if you have one. A hotel is the restaurant, rooms, banquets, the bar and the floor. Pick US or metric units. Pick a bright kitchen for a sunlit pass or a dark one for night service. Install House on an iPhone, an Android phone or a computer.

House Settings shows the account seat, kitchen or hotel sample choices and the room list.

Keep what you already run.

Bring in

Drop a CSV, a calendar or a House backup into Door. Their file shows on the left and what House will do shows on the right, before anything changes.

Send out

Take tonight into Toast, Delphi or OpenTable, or download a backup of the whole house as a ZIP file.

A screen on the shelf

Leave a kitchen screen on the shelf. It keeps watching the pass, and the line marks a plate as it leaves.

Same sign-in as Command Center

In Settings, House links to Command Center finance and to Bound. One sign-in covers both.

House shares real programs with Command Center.

Chair, Bound and Cage run inside House the same way they run inside Command Center, plus Chef, the kitchen's prep, recipes and stock side. Here is what each shared program does on each side.

Waste, counts and orders, traced.

Waste and shortages

House records waste, lets you undo it, and corrects counts with checks, so a shortage is either found or written off on the record.

Replenishment orders

Orders draft by vendor from par levels and tonight's demand; marking one sent changes its status in House, and partial deliveries update stock.

Recipes on and off the menu

Recipes carry allergens and prices, and a dish can be taken off the menu or restored with one action.

Tables, the waitlist and the party sheet.

Reservations, tables and walk-ins

Keep reservations, tables and table states on one board, and seat a walk-in or a waitlisted party from it.

Waitlist and guest texts

The waitlist quotes a wait and can ask to text the guest; texting stays off until it is switched on and a number is set up.

Party details

Each party carries its room options, contact, diets, run of show, guarantee and extra plates. A tentative hold cannot be pulled into prep.

Staff and the chef's note

Keep the staff roster and hours, and share a chef's note with the house.

Stays, checkout, printouts and what Annabelle can answer without a model.

Rooms, rates and stays

Set up rooms, nightly rates and room tax, and track each stay and its charges until checkout.

Checkout

Checkout records how the guest paid; it is a record in House, not a card charge.

Printouts and exports

Print tonight's card, party papers and recipe sheets, or export; exporting guest data asks for explicit approval first.

Saves protect the latest version

Saves belong to the signed-in house, and a save from an out-of-date screen is refused rather than overwriting newer work.

Annabelle answers from the board

Even with no AI key, Annabelle answers board questions such as free rooms, shortages, waits and covers; open conversation needs the AI switched on.
