Every tier runs the whole app family, and every plan has unlimited users. What changes is the size of the monthly pool of Annabelle replies. Over the pool, a $5-step top-up adds usage equal to what you paid; it resets at the end of the month and is never billed automatically. You can also move up a plan at any time.

Replies are counted by a meter, and the pool is sized by how much Annabelle gets used. Before each reply runs, the meter sets aside the most that reply could possibly cost, and then puts back whatever it did not use. That is what makes it impossible to quietly overrun your plan, and it means the last few replies of a heavy month can sit unspent. Nobody has ever been charged for a reply they did not get.

Do I need a QuickBooks account?
Either way works. If you already have QuickBooks, Bound works alongside QuickBooks Online: today you export and import between them, sending invoices out and bringing expenses, P&L and balance-sheet data across. If you do not, Bound is our own set of books, a bookkeeping alternative you can run alongside and, if it does the job, drop that subscription. Side-by-side auto-sync is on the way, not live yet. Few tools do this much, this well, at this price.
