Credits and Top-Ups Policy

This policy is part of the Stinger Terms of Service. It explains your monthly AI usage allowance, how top-ups work, and what happens when you reach your limit. The top-up rules in Section 2 are the same rules shown on the top-up purchase page.

1. Your Monthly Allowance

Every Command Center tier and every standalone plan includes a monthly allowance for Annabelle and other AI usage. Your Command Center tier sets the size of that allowance and the related limits. It does not limit which Stinger apps you can open.

Usage is metered across the whole Stinger app family against one shared monthly allowance for your account.

2. Top-Up Rules

• $5 steps, starting at $10. You can buy $10, $15, $20, $25, and so on.
• What a top-up adds. Each top-up adds AI usage to your plan.
• Usage resets on the 1st of each month. Your monthly allowance and any unused top-up credit reset then. Unused credit does not carry over.
• No auto-charge. We never charge you for a top-up automatically, and there is no auto-recharge. You are charged only when you buy a top-up.

3. What Happens as You Use It

• At about 80% of your monthly limit, you will get a warning.
• Past that point, responses may slow down.
• At the limit, AI usage stops until you buy a top-up or your usage resets.

The rest of the platform keeps working when AI usage stops. Your records, documents, and apps stay available. Only the AI features wait for more credit.

4. Buying a Top-Up

Top-ups are bought from your account dashboard and paid through Stripe. Credit is added to your account once payment goes through.

Top-ups are not refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you need top-ups most months, a larger plan is usually the better fit. You can upgrade at any time.

5. Bring Your Own AI Key

You may connect your own AI provider key.

• When AI requests run through your own key, the Stinger-provided usage caps described in this policy do not apply to that path.
• The provider bills you directly for that usage, under its own terms and pricing. Stinger does not pay for or credit usage on your key.
• Your provider's own rate limits and account limits still apply.
• You are responsible for keeping your key active and for your account with that provider.

Forge bring-your-own-key ($97 per month) is built to run on your own key.

6. Fair Use

Trying to get around usage limits, for example by splitting one business across several accounts or automating requests to avoid metering, is not allowed under the Acceptable Use Policy.
