Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Stinger Terms of Service. It covers refunds on monthly subscriptions, top-ups, the Command Center onboarding fee, and project work.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

2. Top-Ups

Top-ups add AI usage. They are used against AI usage in the month they are bought and reset on the 1st of each month with the rest of your monthly usage. Top-ups are not refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise. See the Credits and Top-Ups Policy.

3. Command Center Onboarding Fee

Command Center onboarding is a one-time fee, separate from the monthly subscription. It covers setting up Command Center for your business, kickoff, and the onboarding and training calls. The standard onboarding fee is $2,997.

• Before the kickoff call: if you cancel before the kickoff call, 60% of the onboarding fee is refunded.
• After the kickoff call: the onboarding fee is not refunded.
• Team training: onboarding includes team training with Vincent, 4 hours in person and 2 hours by video, which you can use any time in the first year.
• First ten customers: the first ten customers pay $1,497 and get a 90-day money-back guarantee, described at stingerindustriesai.com/founding-ten/.

4. Project Work

Refunds on custom builds, web design, branding, and consulting are governed by the signed project agreement.
