Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries ("Stinger," "we," "us," "our"). They cover our website, the Annabelle AI assistant, Stinger Command Center, the Stinger app family (including SINET e-signature), our standalone products (Stinger Teams, Forge, and Creator), our SMS program, and any build, design, branding, or consulting work we do for you (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, creating an account, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means the business.

If one of these policies conflicts with these Terms on its specific subject, the policy controls on that subject. A signed order, statement of work, or Enterprise agreement controls over all of them, but only for the items it specifically addresses.

2. The Services

Stinger builds AI-run operations software for service businesses. At the center is Stinger Command Center, a monthly platform that includes every Stinger program, the Annabelle AI assistant, and SINET e-signature. We also sell three standalone products, Stinger Teams, Forge, and Creator, and we take on custom build, web design, branding, and consulting projects.

Plan names, prices, and what each plan includes are set out in the Subscription and Billing Terms.

3. Annabelle Is an AI

Annabelle is an AI system, not a person. She is set up with information about our Services and pricing, and she can answer questions, take service requests, and help with scheduling.

Anything Annabelle tells you is for information only. Her responses are not an offer, a contract, a promise, or a guarantee. Nothing she says binds Stinger until a Stinger team member confirms it with you and, where these Terms require it, a written agreement is signed.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, including figures, dates, and anything you plan to send to your own customers. Annabelle does not give legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

5. Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing

Quotes, estimates, and proposals from Annabelle or from anywhere on the platform are estimates. They are not binding on either side until both parties sign a written agreement. Final pricing for project work depends on scope, complexity, timeline, and other details worked out during consultation.

Published subscription prices are set out in the Subscription and Billing Terms and apply as posted when you are billed.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for everything that happens under your login. Keep your credentials private and do not share them. Tell us right away at StingerIndustries1@gmail.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You must be at least 18 and using the Services for a business or professional purpose.

You can buy any plan online. Vincent is available before you buy to help pick the right one.

8. Subscriptions, Payment, and Usage

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not give partial-month refunds on monthly subscriptions. Full details are in the Subscription and Billing Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Each plan comes with a monthly AI usage allowance. The Credits and Top-Ups Policy explains how the allowance works, how top-ups work, and what happens when you reach your limit. If you connect your own AI provider key, the Stinger-provided usage caps on that path do not apply, as described in that policy.

The one-time Command Center onboarding fee is separate from the subscription. The standard onboarding fee is $2,997. If you cancel before the kickoff call, 60% of the onboarding fee is refunded. After the kickoff call, the onboarding fee is not refunded. Onboarding includes team training with Vincent: 4 hours in person and 2 hours by video, which you can use any time in the first year. The first ten customers pay $1,497 for onboarding and get a 90-day money-back guarantee, as described in the Founding Ten terms (stingerindustriesai.com/founding-ten/). 9. SINET E-Signature

SINET is Stinger's e-signature program. It is included in Command Center platform tiers and is not sold on its own.

When you send documents for signature through SINET, you are responsible for getting any consent to do business electronically that the law requires from your signers, for the content of the documents, and for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for that type of document. SINET provides the signing tool. It does not provide legal advice about the documents you send.

By giving us your phone number and opting in to text messages from Stinger Industries, you agree to the following:

11. Your Data

You own the business data you enter into the Services. You give us permission to host, process, copy, and display that data only as needed to provide and support the Services for you, and as described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum.

You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you put into the Services, including your own customers' information, and for any notices or consents the law requires for it.

12. Intellectual Property

Stinger Industries™, Stinger Command Center™, and the Stinger bee mark are trademarks used by Stinger. An application for STINGER INDUSTRIES is on file with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Nothing in these Terms or on our website is a claim of federal registration.

The Stinger platform, the app family, Annabelle, SINET, Teams, Forge, Creator, and all related software, designs, and documentation belong to Stinger. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription, under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership.

For custom project work, ownership is governed by the individual project agreement. After a Command Center build is complete and paid in full, you own your custom-built system, deployed code, and associated assets as specified in that agreement.

Stinger keeps the right to use general techniques, methods, know-how, and non-proprietary components in future work.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end access for violations, as described there.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described there.

15. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on outside services, such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for messaging, AI model providers, sign-in providers, and accounts you choose to connect. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. If you connect your own AI provider key or another outside account, your relationship with that provider is between you and them.

16. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stinger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the Services or these Terms. This includes decisions made based on AI-generated output.

Stinger's total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Stinger in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

You will defend and hold Stinger harmless from third-party claims arising from your data, your documents sent through SINET, your messages to your own customers, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

19. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship at any time with written notice. For subscriptions, cancelling from the dashboard counts as notice.

When a Command Center subscription or retainer ends, hosting and active support stop at the end of the current billing period. You keep ownership of your system and your data. You can ask us for an export of your data before or after the end date, and you can delete your Command Center account yourself inside the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also ask us to do it.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, survive.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and both parties consent to that venue.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

22. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, the policies listed in Section 1, and any signed agreement between us are the full agreement on their subject.
