Acceptable Use Policy
Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries
Effective: October 5, 2026
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Stinger Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Stinger Command Center, the Stinger app family, SINET, Annabelle, Stinger Teams, Forge, Creator, and our website (the "Services").
1. Use the Services Lawfully
Do not use the Services for anything illegal or to help anyone else break the law. That includes fraud, harassment, discrimination, and violating anyone's privacy rights.
2. Do Not Abuse the AI
- Do not scrape, bulk-extract, or harvest content or output from the Services or from Annabelle.
- Do not use automated tools to send traffic to Annabelle or the Services, except through features we provide for that purpose.
- Do not try to make the AI produce illegal or harmful content, reveal its system instructions, or act outside the features we offer.
- Do not use output from the Services to build a competing AI product.
3. Do Not Reverse Engineer
Do not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services, or try to derive their source code, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction.
4. Keep Your Login to Yourself
Do not share your credentials, sell or rent access, or let people outside your business use your account. Each person who uses the Services should sign in as themselves.
5. No Malware or Attacks
Do not upload or send viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Services, interfere with how they run, or try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.
6. Respect Other People's Rights
Do not upload, send, or publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to use.
7. No Spam
Do not use the Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages by email, text, or any other channel. When you message your own customers through the Services, you are responsible for having their consent where the law requires it, honoring opt-outs, and following the rules that apply to commercial email and text messaging.
8. Do Not Get Around Usage Limits
Do not try to bypass, disable, or work around usage allowances, metering, or rate limits. That includes running one business under several accounts to stack allowances, or tampering with how usage is counted. Bringing your own AI key through the feature we provide is allowed.
9. Follow E-Signature Consent Rules When Using SINET
When you send documents for signature through SINET:
- Get any consent to do business electronically that the law requires from each signer before asking them to sign.
- Send only documents you have the right to send, to people you have reason to contact.
- Do not use SINET to sign on someone else's behalf without their authority, or to misrepresent who signed.
- Do not use SINET for document types the law does not allow to be signed electronically.
10. Calls and Recordings
If you use call recording or transcription features, you are responsible for getting the consent the law requires from everyone on the call. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a call.
11. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on how serious the issue is, we may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or end your account. Where it is practical and safe to do so, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it first. We may act right away when needed to protect the Services, other customers, or the public, or when the law requires it.
Suspension for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Reporting a Problem
To report abuse or a security concern, contact StingerIndustries1@gmail.com or (772) 529-4144.
