This Privacy Policy explains how Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries ("Stinger," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, the Annabelle AI assistant, our SMS program, Stinger Command Center, the Stinger app family, and our standalone products (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information. Name, phone number, and email address you give us through the chat, forms, account sign-up, or direct contact.
• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your login details (passwords are stored only in hashed form), business name, industry, and plan. If you sign in with Google or X, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We never see your Google or X password.
• Service details. What you are asking about or need from us, such as service requests, project specifications, and business questions.
• Conversation history. The content of your chats with Annabelle, so we can follow up and pick up where you left off.
• Call recordings and meeting audio. If you use our call or meeting features, audio may be recorded, with the consent the law requires, and transcribed for service delivery and quality.
• Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Services secure and running well. We also record the model, token count, and cost of each AI request, without the content, to meter usage against your plan.
• Business data you enter. Customer records, invoices, proposals, schedules, inventory, photos, documents, signatures, and other information you put into Command Center or the Stinger apps (including Bound, Cage, Chair, Galley, SINET, Somnus, Stinger Desk (S.D.), House, and Ledge).
• Connected account credentials. If you connect outside accounts (for example, a Stripe key, mailbox, cloud storage, social accounts, or your own AI provider key), we store the credentials needed to run those connections.
• Payment information. Card and bank details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your payment method. We never see or store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up on your request
• Provide, run, support, and secure the Services
• Schedule appointments, send quotes, and fulfill orders
• Send service messages such as confirmations, project updates, usage warnings, and receipts
• Meter AI usage and process billing
• Improve the Services and the accuracy of Annabelle

We never use your information for third-party advertising, and we never sell personal information.

3. AI Processing

Annabelle, Command Center, and the Stinger apps use outside AI providers to generate responses, read documents and photos, process voice, and analyze data. To do that, the relevant content is sent to the provider for that task.

We use these providers under commercial or enterprise terms that state they do not train their models on customer content. Your data is not used to train any public AI model.

If you connect your own AI provider key, requests on that key are handled under your own agreement with that provider.

AI output is informational. It is not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Payments: Stripe
• Text messages and voice calls: Twilio
• AI providers: Anthropic (Claude), xAI, and OpenAI for AI responses, document reading, and media generation; Deepgram for speech-to-text; ElevenLabs for voice
• Email delivery: Resend, for SINET signing links and documents
• Sign-in and scheduling: Google (sign-in and Google Calendar) and X (sign-in)
• Business records and contacts: Airtable and HubSpot
• Hosting and databases: Render, Vercel, and Neon

The Trust Center shows which apps use which provider and for what. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of Stinger, our customers, or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with this Policy continuing to apply.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, affiliates, or marketing services.

5. SMS and Text Message Privacy

We do not share your mobile number or any SMS information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with providers who deliver messages and fulfill service, such as Twilio, and only for that purpose.

Your SMS consent is never sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or lead generator.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.

6. How Long We Keep Information

• Account data and business data you enter: Kept while your account is active and until you or your account deletes it. After an account is deleted: deleted from the live system right away; copies in backups are gone within 12 months as backups roll off.
• Jobsite evidence photos: Kept for 10 years, which is longer than the period allowed for construction-defect claims under Florida's statute of repose (Fla. Stat. § 95.11(3)(b)). Deletion is blocked inside that window, and a legal hold can extend it.
• Meeting-line audio: Deleted once the minutes are written.
• Transcripts and minutes: Kept until you delete them.
• Chat history: Kept until you delete it or ask us to.
• AI Team Room chats: Deleted automatically after 30 days on Launch, 12 months on Ignite, and 90 days on standalone Teams. Kept until you delete them on Accelerate.
• Financial and billing records: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Server logs: Kept as long as needed for security and performance monitoring.
• Marketing and lead data: Kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it.

7. Deleting Your Account

Command Center, Bound, Cage, Chair, Galley, SINET, Somnus, and Stinger Desk each have in-app account deletion. Individual records can also be removed from inside Command Center. Deleted from the live system right away; copies in backups are gone within 12 months as backups roll off.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:

• Access: Ask to see the information we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: Ask for a copy of your data in a common machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). We provide it within 30 days.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Non-discrimination: We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

You can also use the chat without giving personal information by asking general questions.

To use any of these rights, contact us below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, or within 45 days for California requests, which may be extended by another 45 days where needed.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Stinger, that business controls your information in its account. We will refer your request to them and help them respond.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including hashed password storage, brute-force login protection, rate limits on public endpoints, verified webhook processing, HTTPS enforced on every connection, encryption at rest for connected credentials, and per-file encryption for photos and documents. Secrets are kept out of code, logs, and API responses.

No system is perfectly secure. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, or other certifications. The Trust Center describes our security measures in more detail.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for EU residents), as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it within 48 hours.

11. International Users

Stinger is based in the United States. Our servers and databases are in the United States. The AI providers we use process requests on their own systems. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and stored in the U.S. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.

12. Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no industry standard for them. We do not do cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change.
