Subscription and Billing Terms

These Subscription and Billing Terms are part of the Stinger Terms of Service. They explain what each plan costs, what it includes, and how billing, renewal, and cancellation work.

1. Command Center Platform Plans

Stinger Command Center is sold as a monthly subscription in three published tiers, plus an Enterprise tier:

Every Stinger program is included in the Command Center platform price. We do not charge separate add-on prices for individual Stinger programs.

Every tier runs the whole Stinger app family. Your tier sets your monthly Annabelle and AI usage allowance and the related limits that go with it. It does not decide which apps you can open.

No per-seat charges. Your plan sets how many people can use the AI Team Room at once (Launch 1, Ignite 5, Accelerate 25).

SINET e-signature is included in Command Center platform tiers. It is not sold on its own.

Enterprise pricing, limits, and any special terms are set out in a written Enterprise order signed by both parties.

2. Standalone Products

Three Stinger products are also sold on their own, for businesses that do not need the full platform. These are the only standalone products.

Creator

• Creator: $57 per month
• Creator Plus: $97 per month
• Creator Pro: $197 per month
• Creator Max: $297 per month

Each standalone plan includes a monthly usage allowance set for that plan. The Forge bring-your-own-key plan runs on your own AI provider key, as described in the Credits and Top-Ups Policy.

3. Usage Allowances and Top-Ups

Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance. When you get close to the limit, you will see a warning. At the limit, AI usage stops until you buy a top-up or your usage resets. Top-ups come in $5 steps starting at $10, each adds AI usage to your plan, and there is no auto-charge. Usage resets on the 1st of each month. The full rules are in the Credits and Top-Ups Policy.

If you regularly need more usage, you can move to a larger plan at any time.

4. Bring Your Own AI Key

You may connect your own AI provider key. When AI requests run through your own key, the Stinger-provided usage caps for that path do not apply, and the provider bills you directly under its own terms. Details are in the Credits and Top-Ups Policy.

5. Getting Started

6. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your billing date is the date your first paid period starts.

By subscribing, you authorize Stinger, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each monthly renewal at the price of your plan at that time.

This renewal is the only recurring charge. Top-ups are never charged automatically.

7. Payments Through Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms apply in addition to these Terms. Stinger does not see or store full card numbers. We receive a payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card or account.

If a payment fails, we will let you know and may pause access to paid features until the balance is paid.

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

You can upgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect when you make it, and your new allowance applies from that point.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

We do not give refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions.

When a Command Center subscription ends, hosting and active support stop at the end of the billing period. You keep ownership of your system and your data, and you can request an export.

10. Onboarding Fee

Command Center onboarding is a one-time fee, separate from the monthly subscription. The standard onboarding fee is $2,997. Onboarding includes team training with Vincent: 4 hours in person and 2 hours by video, which you can use any time in the first year. If you cancel before the kickoff call, 60% of the onboarding fee is refunded. After the kickoff call, the onboarding fee is not refunded. The first ten customers pay $1,497 and get a 90-day money-back guarantee (see stingerindustriesai.com/founding-ten/). Cancelling or changing your subscription does not change the onboarding fee, and the onboarding fee does not change your subscription terms. See the Refund Policy.

11. Project Work

Custom builds, web design, branding, and consulting are priced by written agreement. Build fees are due when the agreement is signed unless the agreement says otherwise. Quotes and proposals are not binding until both parties sign.

12. Price Changes

We may change published prices. A price change for an existing subscription takes effect at the start of a later billing period, after we give you 30 days' notice by email. If you do not want the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

13. Taxes

Prices do not include sales or similar taxes. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.
