STINGER MEETING MINUTES
She sits in the meeting and writes it up after.
Annabelle joins your meeting, in the room or on a phone dial-in bridge. She records it and writes the minutes and the to-dos, in more than one language when the meeting needs it; she tells the people apart, in the room or on a phone bridge.
What it is
A note-taker that sits in the meeting and writes it up.
Annabelle listens to the meeting the way you do, then hands you the minutes and the action items.
Recording is all-party by design: before capture can start, the notice is shown and acknowledged. It reads: “This meeting will be recorded and transcribed for minutes and action items. Please make sure everyone present is informed that it is being recorded; if anyone would prefer not to be recorded, do not start capture.” Transcripts and minutes are kept for a set number of days, then deleted.
What it does for you
In the room or by phone
She sits in the meeting in person, or joins on a phone dial-in bridge when people call in.
Tells the people apart
She keeps the people in the meeting separate, in the room or on a phone bridge, so the minutes say who said what. Built on ElevenLabs Scribe. Live in every account.
Minutes and to-dos
You get the written minutes and the list of action items after the meeting, not just a raw recording.
More than one language
She handles meetings that are not all in English.

How it compares
Meeting Minutes against Otter and Granola.
Otter and Granola are good note-takers. The plain difference here is that this is included with your Command Center tier rather than a separate per-seat subscription, and Annabelle can join by a phone dial-in bridge, not only a video call.

The voice recognition behind it
Telling people apart is one piece of a wider set.
Separating speakers in one meeting is Speaker Separation. Recognizing the SAME person across different meetings and calls, by the sound of their voice, is Voice Prints. Telling people apart in writing, by how they type, is Speaker Patterns. All three are part of the same voice recognition work.
