STINGER CREW

The field worker's own sign-in, not a copy of the owner's.

Crew gives each field worker their own login, their own job inbox, and a way to accept, decline, start and finish work, without ever opening the owner's books. Included with every Command Center tier.

Owners set the role, workers get their own sign-in.

Add, edit, deactivate

Owners add crew with a role, phone and email, edit them, and deactivate someone the day they leave; passwords and PINs are hashed and company-scoped.

A separate sign-in

Crew sign in on their own login, email plus password or PIN, with a 12-hour session and an optional 30-day remember-me, and never see the owner's books.

A job inbox, an accept or decline, a started or done.

Personal job inbox

Each worker opens a list of the jobs assigned to them, with customer, address and stage, newest first.

Accept or decline

A worker can accept a job or decline it with a reason, and the owner sees the answer on the job.

Start and finish, with a note

Workers mark a job started or done with a note, and the time is recorded; repeated taps do not duplicate, and a cancelled job cannot be revived.

Job photos

Workers add photos with a caption to the job they accepted, and the photos are filed against that job and stage.

A missed push stays recoverable.

Phone alerts

Crew can get phone alerts for new assignments once push is set up for the company and they allow notifications.

In-app notice inbox

Missed alerts stay in an in-app inbox with an unread count, so a missed push is still recoverable.

Office reassignment

The office assigns crew by asking Annabelle or by hand, and a declined job shows up for reassignment. Limit: the Command Center launcher has no hosted Crew link yet.

Part of the platform, on one login.

Crew is included with every Command Center tier: no second product, no second subscription, no second login to manage later.
