Everything else on this site is live and running today. This page is different on purpose, and it is what we are still building, told plainly. Nothing here has a ship date, because we would rather tell you the truth than a date we might miss.
Our first hardware
Stinger Base.
Stinger Base is our first hardware unit: a screen and a voice for the room, so the business can be asked a question and answer out loud, without anyone opening a laptop. It is being prototyped today on off-the-shelf hardware. It is not for sale, and we are not taking orders.

Behind the scenes, rolling out now

This one has left the workshop. Herman is a research and skills specialist that Annabelle calls on, available in Command Center. Accounts are being switched on now, so it is rolling out to every account rather than on every one today. Read more about Herman.

Working out the likely cause while a customer is still talking.
Today, when a customer calls in, their file, history and your price list come up for your person to quote from. We are building the next piece: while the customer describes the problem, working out what is most likely wrong and bringing that up alongside the part and the cost. It will say plainly when it isn't sure, rather than guess. See what Live Call Assist does today.
Faster to answer
Getting Annabelle's spoken reply down to under a second.
Early tests of a faster path for her spoken replies are promising. We are being careful about it, because we would rather ship it once it holds up everywhere than switch it on and have to walk it back.
