THE PLATFORM
The CRM, voice and portal software behind every Stinger product
Command Center, Pool Construction, Pool Service, Bound, Cage, Chair, Galley, SI-Net and Visual Records are how most people meet Stinger. Underneath them is one shared platform that also runs a CRM, answers the phone, posts to social, researches prospects, and gives crews and homeowners their own view of a job. Nothing below is new — it is running in the same codebase today. This page states what's real and what isn't, the same rule every product page follows.
1 · CRM & lead pipeline
Every lead moves through one pipeline, and the dollars are tracked either way.
Leads from the site, from Angi, Thumbtack and Google Local Services Ads land in one place and move New → Contacted → Quoted → Scheduled → Done → Lost. A separate value ledger records what a lead was worth whether it was won, lost, or not counted, so "we would have made X" is a number, not a guess.
Running today — backed by roughly 35 Airtable tables (app/crm.py), reachable through Annabelle or the admin console. Not a separate product; it's the spine every other section here writes into.
2 · Email, SMS & voice
Annabelle drafts. A person sends. The phone actually rings through to her.
Email and two-way SMS are drafted for owner review and sent only after a confirmation — nothing goes out on its own. Inbound calls can route to Annabelle over a live phone line (Twilio ConversationRelay) with real text-to-speech voices, a voicemail studio, and call transcription.
Running today. The AI never sends or speaks to a customer without a human confirming first — that's a design rule, not a missing feature.
3 · Social & marketing
Draft, review, publish — across five networks and email campaigns.
Posts can be drafted for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X, then published through a webhook or the Meta Graph API. Email campaigns support test sends, approval, and bulk send, with contact import and one-click unsubscribe handled automatically. A claim-detection pass flags any numeric or business claim the AI drafted, so nothing gets posted unchecked.
Running today, same draft-then-approve rule as email and SMS.
4 · Prospect research & sales
The tools we use to sell Stinger are the tools every client gets.
Research a prospect's brand and pain points, scout new leads by industry and area, run a real checklist-based SEO audit, generate a pre-branded demo page for a specific prospect, and get three or four distinct pitch angles. This is the same toolkit used to build the pitch decks and demo pages sent to real prospects — it isn't a mockup of a feature, it's the feature currently doing the selling.
Running today.
5 · Crew & homeowner portals
The field and the customer each get a view sized to what they need.
Pool Construction's crew portal shows assignments and the phase gate a job is sitting at. Its homeowner portal is a customer-facing view of the same job — where it stands, without exposing the office's own tools. Both are part of the Pool Construction platform rather than a separate login system.
Running today, scoped to Pool Construction. Not yet extended as a standalone product outside that platform.
6 · Mobile apps
Built and installable today. Not on an app store.
Bound, Chair, Galley and Cage each have a mobile build (Capacitor) that's ready to install; Command Center has a native Expo/React Native build ready as well. Pool Service and Pool Construction are installable as web apps (PWA) directly from the browser today — no app store needed for those two.
Not submitted to the App Store or Google Play — none of the native builds are. Signet's mobile build is incomplete and not yet installable. If you need a phone app right now, Pool Service and Pool Construction install as PWAs from the browser; the others are built but not yet in your hands.

If any of this should be its own product page, that's Vincent's call.
This page exists because the six product pages don't mention any of the above. Call (772) 529-4144 or write to stingerindustries1@gmail.com if you want to see one of these live before anything is promised in writing.
