STINGER PRACTICE
Phone queue
The phone queue lines up the texts and emails your office sends: a visit reminder, a recall, a note that a form is ready, and a note that a statement is ready. Each one only goes to a patient who said yes to texts and email.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For the front desk that sends reminders and recalls.
- Records each patient’s answer: yes, no, or not asked yet.
- Queues a reminder, recall, records or statement message by text or by email.
- Uses a fixed template for each kind, with no diagnosis, no result and no dollar amount. A reminder includes "Reply STOP to opt out."
- Refuses to queue anything for someone who said no or was never asked, and says so.
- Logs a voicemail as a callback slip for the desk.
How it works
- Ask the patient whether texts and email are OK, then tell Annabelle "Elena said yes."
- Say "text Elena a reminder."
- The reminder joins the queue with its fixed wording.
- When your carrier is connected, the queue sends.
The connection
Text and email carrier
- What it connects
- The queue to a text-message carrier and an email sender.
- What moves
- Only the fixed template message, to the patient’s phone or inbox.
- What you do
- Record the patient’s yes, and choose what to send.
- What happens on its own
- The wording, the yes check, and the queue.
- What it needs
- Your team connects the carrier and the email sender. Until then, messages stay queued and are not sent.
Sign-in
One sign-in.
Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
Please read
- Nothing is sent until your team connects a text and email carrier.
