The day
The day is the clinic schedule on one board. Each visit moves from booked to arrived to roomed to done, and the board shows where everyone is.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For the front desk and the medical assistants who move patients through the day.
- Shows each day’s visits with the time, the provider, the room and the reason.
- Marks a patient arrived, puts them in their room (marking them arrived on the way if needed), and checks them out.
- Marks a no-show only for someone who never came in.
- Books a return visit into the first open time on the day you name.
- Tracks the three intake checks for each visit: id, insurance card and forms.
How it works
- Say "arrive Elena" or press Arrive.
- Say "room Elena". She shows the room number.
- At the end, say "check out Elena".
- If someone never came, say "no-show Ruth". The visit is closed without a checkout.
Sign-in

Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
