STINGER FIRM
Walled matters
A walled matter is closed to everyday work on the desk. You use it when a matter must be kept apart.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For attorneys who need to keep a matter apart.
- Walls a matter when a person asks.
- Shows the matter as walled in the matter list.
- Refuses estimates, write-offs and paper releases on a walled matter.
- Opens the wall only when a person says plainly that they are opening it, and records it.
How it works
- Say "wall Quinn Hale."
- Ask for an estimate on it. She says it is walled.
- Say "I am opening the wall on Quinn Hale." It opens, and she says you opened it.
Sign-in
One sign-in.
Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
