The vault is a set of seven short notes on how the desk handles common office questions.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For anyone on the desk who needs to check how a step works.
- Notes on: conflict check, engagement versus a consult, trust versus operating, what a retainer is, what an earned fee is, what a file release covers, and retention and limitation dates.
- Quotes the matching note when you ask.
- Ends every quote with "This is not advice, confirm the current rule in the jurisdiction."
- Includes the vault as one of the desk papers.
How it works
- Ask "what is a retainer?"
- She quotes the note.
- Ask about something not in the vault, and she says it is not there.

Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
