STINGER FIRM
Originals, notary and release logs
These three logs keep track of the paper in the office: where each original is, the notary journal lines, and when a copy was released.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For the staff member who keeps the files and the notary journal.
- Notes an original document and where it sits, such as "signed engagement, front cabinet."
- Records a notary journal line with the date and description you type.
- Marks a copy release for an original, with the original staying on the shelf.
- Puts all three in the downloadable desk papers.
How it works
- Say "original: signed engagement, at front cabinet."
- Say "notary 2026-10-06: signature witnessed for the lease."
- Say "release a copy of the signed engagement."
Sign-in
One sign-in.
Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
