STINGER FIRM
Invoices
Invoices records what was billed on a matter, any write-off, and the dates a person sets.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For the billing partner or office manager.
- Records an invoice on an open matter for the amount you name.
- Records a write-off against an invoice, up to the invoice amount.
- Records a deadline with the date and label you type.
- Shows invoices, write-offs and deadlines in the desk papers.
How it works
- Say "invoice $1,800 on Porch repair."
- Say "write off $100."
- Say "deadline 2026-10-20 response date."
Sign-in
One sign-in.
Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.

- She does not calculate deadlines or limitation dates. A deadline is one a person names.
