Desk papers turns everything on the desk into plain-text files you can keep, print or hand to someone.
What it does
Here is what it does.
Who it is for: For the office manager or attorney who keeps the records.
- Downloads 14 papers: a cover, matters, engagements, estimates, invoices, time, deadlines, trust and operating, originals, journal, conflicts, the call log, the vault, and the limits.
- Saves the desk to the database for this browser.
- Restores the desk after you clear the browser and reload.
- Checks every save and accepts only a valid desk under a size limit.
How it works
- Press Download desk records, or ask Annabelle.
- The 14 papers download as plain text.
The Paper Row Civil demo desk shows Blue Water Pools and Outdoor Living as the intake client for a pool-contract review, with an unsigned engagement. Review the intake and engagement before opening the matter; the screen records the client without treating the unsigned engagement as complete.

Staff use the same Stinger sign-in as Command Center. Signing in opens that person’s Firm portal, Practice, or House.
