STINGER EVENT PLANNER
Plan an event from a held date to a signed contract.
Hold the date on a clock, survey the site, lay out the floor and vendor booths in feet, set a geofence around it, and move the whole thing to a signed contract with a deposit, all on one job record.
What it is
One record that carries an event from a hold to a contract.
Plan an event end to end: hold the date, survey the site, lay out the floor and vendor booths, set a geofence, and move it to a signed contract with a deposit.
What it does for you
Date holds that expire on a clock
A held date carries an expiry, so a tentative booking releases itself instead of sitting on the calendar forever.
A site survey
Measure the space and mark the obstacles, so the layout is built on the real ground rather than a guess.
The layout engine
It places the floor plan and the vendor booths in feet, drawn from the survey and the roster.
A geofence around the site
Draw a fence around the site so photos and arrivals tie to the right job automatically.
Deposit invoice and contract
Raise a deposit invoice and a contract for signature, so the event moves from a hold to money down.
Everything on one job record
The hold, the survey, the layout, the geofence and the contract all live on the same record, not in five tools.
Real screens
The survey is entered live and the layout is computed live by the layout engine. There is no county parcel lookup: the plan is built from the survey and the aerial you trace.
Aerial site capture
Start from the lot seen from above.
Type a venue address and the aerial arrives already scaled, with no screenshot to take and no scale line to draw. Or paste a Google Maps screenshot, or drop a file. Nothing is uploaded until you save. Draw the usable area and the things booths cannot sit on, and it becomes a saved venue you never measure again. Satellite imagery can be a season out of date, so anything the photo cannot confirm still needs the tape on site.
Included
Included with every Command Center tier.
How it compares
Event Planner against a standalone floor-plan tool.
A standalone event-layout tool lets you draw a floor plan by hand, but the date, the deposit and the contract all live somewhere else. Event Planner starts from a held date and a recorded survey, places the booths for you, and carries the event through to a signed contract on one record.
| Feature | Event Planner | A standalone floor-plan tool |
|---|---|---|

| Records a site survey (measured space, obstacles) | Yes | no: you draw whatever you want, no survey step |
| Places the floor plan and vendor booths in feet from the survey | yes: computed from the survey and roster | You place every element by hand |
| Sets a geofence around the site | Yes | No |
| Deposit invoice and signed contract on the same record | Yes | no: billing and signing live in other tools |
| Part of the system that runs the rest of the business | Included with every Command Center tier | Separate tool, priced separately |
