4. The Founding Ten Offer

The Founding Ten offer is open to the first ten customers only.

Price. The onboarding fee is $1,497 in place of the standard $2,997.
Limit. The offer is limited to the first ten customers.
After it ends. Once ten businesses have signed up, the standard $2,997 onboarding fee applies again.
Subscription. The offer applies only to the onboarding fee. The monthly subscription is billed separately at the published price for your tier.

5. The Founding Ten 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The $1,497 Founding Ten onboarding fee carries a 90-day money-back guarantee. The refund steps down in thirds over the ninety days:

After day 90	Guarantee ends

Days are counted from the date the onboarding fee is paid. The refund amount is set by the day we receive your written request.

6. Engagement Conditions

The guarantee asks you to use what you bought. All four of the following are required:

Complete the Command Center onboarding steps from kickoff.
Attend the scheduled onboarding and training calls, or be excused in writing by Stinger.
Respond to scheduled check-ins within the agreed window during the ninety days.
Use the product in the ordinary course of your business, rather than leaving the login dormant.

If any of the four is not met, the guarantee does not apply.

7. How to Request a Guarantee Refund

Email StingerIndustries1@gmail.com with your business name and the words "Founding Ten refund." We will review the engagement conditions against your onboarding record and reply in writing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

8. What the Guarantee Does Not Change

The guarantee covers only the Founding Ten onboarding fee. It does not change the monthly subscription terms. Subscription charges already billed are not refunded under the guarantee, and your subscription keeps running until you cancel it from the dashboard.
