This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") governs your access to and use of the products, services, websites, mobile applications, APIs, and any related platforms (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries ("Stinger Industries," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
This Policy applies to all users of the Services, including but not limited to account holders, authorized users, administrators, API consumers, and any person or entity that accesses the Services in any capacity (collectively, "Users" or "you"). The Services include, without limitation, the Stinger Command Center platform, the Annabelle AI concierge assistant, the Bound, Chair, Galley, Cage, and Signet mobile applications, the Live Call Assistant, API access, and all associated data processing and storage features.
By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Stinger Industries Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control unless this Policy imposes a more restrictive obligation, in which case this Policy shall prevail with respect to the subject matter at issue.
Stinger Industries reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
2. Permitted Uses
The Services are designed to support legitimate business operations for service-based businesses, including but not limited to companies in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool service, roofing, and general contracting industries. You may use the Services for the following purposes, provided such use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Policy:
Service Management. Scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and managing service appointments, work orders, and field operations through the platform and associated mobile applications.
Customer Communication. Sending and receiving communications with your customers, including appointment confirmations, service updates, follow-up messages, estimates, and invoices, using the platform's built-in communication tools, the Live Call Assistant, and the Annabelle AI concierge.
Scheduling and Calendar Management. Creating, modifying, and managing employee and service schedules, appointment calendars, and availability windows.
Invoicing and Payment Processing. Generating invoices, sending payment requests, processing payments through our integrated payment processors, and managing accounts receivable.
Proposals and Estimates. Creating, sending, and managing customer proposals, estimates, quotes, and related sales documents.
Business Analytics and Reporting. Accessing dashboards, generating reports, and analyzing business performance data related to your use of the Services.
Team Collaboration. Using multi-seat and team features to coordinate operations among authorized team members within your organization.
AI-Assisted Operations. Utilizing the Annabelle AI concierge and other AI-powered features to assist with customer interactions, content generation, data analysis, and operational decision-making, subject to the AI-Specific Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Policy.
API Integration. Accessing the Services via published APIs for the purpose of integrating with your existing business tools, subject to the API Usage Rules set forth in Section 5 of this Policy.
Mobile Application Use. Using the Bound, Chair, Galley, Cage, and Signet mobile applications for their intended purposes, including field operations, technician management, job tracking, and customer engagement.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services, or permit any third party to use the Services, in any manner that violates this Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Illegal Activities
Using the Services for any purpose that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, statute, regulation, or ordinance.
Using the Services to facilitate, promote, or engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
Using the Services to store, transmit, or distribute content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or that exploits minors in any way.
Using the Services to facilitate the sale or distribution of controlled substances, illegal weapons, or other contraband.
Using the Services in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargo regulations, including but not limited to those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
3.2 Harassment, Abuse, and Threats
Using the Services to harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any individual or group.
Using the Services to transmit content that is defamatory, libelous, or constitutes hate speech directed at any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Using the Services to facilitate or encourage violence or physical harm against any person or entity.
Using the Services to send abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to Stinger Industries employees, contractors, or other users.
3.3 Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, whether through password mining, brute force attacks, credential stuffing, social engineering, or any other method.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, data models, or underlying structure of the Services or any component thereof.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Services or any system or network connected to the Services without express written authorization from Stinger Industries.
Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks, packet flooding, mail bombing, or any similar technique.
Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to bypass or circumvent any security measures, authentication mechanisms, access controls, or encryption protocols implemented by Stinger Industries.
3.4 Malware and Harmful Code
Uploading, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise making available any virus, worm, Trojan horse, ransomware, spyware, adware, rootkit, keylogger, or other malicious software or code through the Services.
Using the Services to host, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of phishing pages, exploit kits, or command-and-control infrastructure.
Introducing any code or mechanism designed to disrupt, damage, limit the functionality of, or provide unauthorized access to any software, hardware, or data.
3.5 Scraping and Automated Data Extraction
Using any automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, or scripts, to access, collect, harvest, or extract data from the Services, except through APIs provided by Stinger Industries and used in accordance with the API Usage Rules set forth in Section 5 of this Policy.
Systematically downloading, copying, or storing content from the Services for purposes other than your legitimate business use of the platform as intended.
Using data obtained from the Services to build, train, or improve any competing product, service, or machine learning model without express written consent from Stinger Industries.
3.6 Impersonation
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Creating accounts under false identities or using another person's or entity's credentials without authorization.
Misrepresenting the origin, identity, or content of information transmitted through the Services.
3.7 Spam and Unsolicited Bulk Messaging
Using the Services to send unsolicited commercial email, text messages, or other electronic communications in bulk ("spam").
Using the Services to send communications in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or any other applicable anti-spam or telecommunications law.
Using the Services to harvest, collect, or compile email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
Using the Services to operate or support the operation of any mailing list, listserv, or similar mechanism without the informed, affirmative consent of each recipient.
3.8 Cryptocurrency Mining
Using the Services, including any server resources, computing power, or infrastructure provided through the Services, to mine cryptocurrency, validate blockchain transactions, or perform any proof-of-work or proof-of-stake computations.
3.9 Circumventing Usage Limits
Circumventing, bypassing, or attempting to circumvent or bypass any usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or other restrictions imposed by Stinger Industries on your use of the Services.
Creating multiple accounts to evade usage limits, avoid enforcement actions, or otherwise circumvent this Policy.
Using technical measures to manipulate or falsify usage metrics, metering, or billing data.
3.10 Credential Sharing
Sharing your login credentials, API keys, access tokens, or other authentication mechanisms with any unauthorized person or entity.
Allowing any person not authorized under your subscription to access the Services using your account.
Posting, publishing, or otherwise disclosing your credentials in any public or semi-public forum, repository, or communication channel.
4. AI-Specific Restrictions
The Services include AI-powered features, including but not limited to the Annabelle AI concierge, AI-assisted content generation, the Live Call Assistant, and other machine learning-based tools (collectively, "AI Features"). Your use of the AI Features is subject to the following additional restrictions:
4.1 Illegal Content Generation
You shall not use the AI Features to generate, create, or produce any content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or would constitute a criminal offense under any applicable law. This includes, without limitation, content that facilitates fraud, promotes violence, generates CSAM, creates counterfeit documents, or violates intellectual property rights.
4.2 Training Data Extraction
You shall not attempt to extract, reconstruct, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive training data, model weights, model architectures, or proprietary algorithms underlying the AI Features. You shall not use prompt engineering techniques, adversarial inputs, or any other method designed to cause the AI Features to reveal confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information about their underlying models, training data, or system prompts.
4.3 Deceptive Content
You shall not use the AI Features to generate deceptive or misleading content, including but not limited to:
Fake customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, or endorsements.
Fraudulent business listings, profiles, or credentials.
Content that impersonates real individuals, businesses, or organizations without their authorization.
Deepfakes, synthetic media, or manipulated content designed to deceive recipients about its origin or authenticity.
Misleading or false advertising, claims, or representations about products, services, or capabilities.
4.4 Prompt Injection and Adversarial Attacks
You shall not engage in prompt injection attacks, jailbreaking attempts, or any other technique designed to circumvent safety measures, content filters, behavioral guidelines, or operational boundaries implemented in the AI Features. This includes crafting inputs specifically designed to cause the AI Features to produce outputs that violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
4.5 Professional Advice Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs provided through the Services do not constitute professional advice. You shall not use or rely upon AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, engineering analysis, or any other form of professional counsel without independent review and verification by an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
You bear sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any AI-generated output before relying upon it or using it in any business or personal decision.
Stinger Industries makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
Any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs are made at your sole risk, and Stinger Industries shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.
4.6 AI Output Verification
You acknowledge that AI Features may produce outputs that contain factual errors, hallucinated information, biased content, or otherwise inaccurate material. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated outputs before using them in communications with customers, in business operations, in legal or regulatory filings, or for any other purpose. Stinger Industries does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content and disclaims all liability related thereto.
5. API Usage Rules
If you access the Services through our APIs, the following additional rules apply:
5.1 Rate Limits
Stinger Industries imposes rate limits on API access to ensure the stability, performance, and fair availability of the Services for all users. You shall comply with all published rate limits and any rate limit headers returned in API responses. You shall not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or exceed rate limits through any technical means, including but not limited to distributing requests across multiple API keys, IP addresses, or accounts.
5.2 Authentication and Authorization
All API access must be authenticated using valid credentials issued by Stinger Industries, including API keys, OAuth tokens, or other authentication mechanisms as specified in our API documentation. You shall transmit authentication credentials only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). You shall not embed API keys or secrets in client-side code, public repositories, or any location accessible to unauthorized parties.
5.3 Credential Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API credentials. You shall not share, publish, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your API credentials to any third party. In the event that your API credentials are compromised or you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Stinger Industries immediately and rotate your credentials without delay. Stinger Industries reserves the right to revoke API credentials at any time if it reasonably believes they have been compromised or are being used in violation of this Policy.
5.4 Acceptable API Use
API access is provided solely for the purpose of integrating the Services with your authorized business applications and workflows. You shall not use the API to build a product, service, or platform that competes with the Services. You shall not use the API to perform load testing, stress testing, or benchmarking of the Services without prior written authorization from Stinger Industries. You shall adhere to all usage guidelines, versioning requirements, and deprecation notices published in our API documentation.
6. Data Usage and Storage
6.1 General Data Obligations
You are responsible for all data that you upload, transmit, store, or process through the Services ("User Data"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to provide User Data to Stinger Industries and to permit its processing through the Services. You shall use the Services' data storage and processing features only for data that is directly related to your legitimate use of the platform.
6.2 Prohibited Data Types
Unless the Services are expressly designed and documented to handle the following categories of data, you shall not store, transmit, or process the following through the Services:
Protected health information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), unless a separate Business Associate Agreement is in effect between you and Stinger Industries.
Full payment card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, magnetic stripe data, or other cardholder data subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), except as processed through Stinger Industries' integrated payment processor (Stripe) in accordance with Section 6.3.
Government-issued identification numbers, including Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or driver's license numbers, unless required for a documented and lawful business purpose and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Biometric data, genetic data, or other special categories of personal data as defined under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Classified or restricted government information, trade secrets of third parties, or any data subject to legal privilege.
6.3 Payment Data and PCI Compliance
All payment card processing through the Services is handled exclusively by Stripe, our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. You shall not store, log, transmit, or otherwise handle raw payment card data outside of the Stripe-managed payment flow provided within the Services. You shall not attempt to capture, intercept, or record payment card information entered by your customers through the Services. You acknowledge that Stinger Industries does not directly process, store, or transmit cardholder data and that all payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
6.4 Data Retention and Deletion
You are responsible for managing the retention and deletion of your User Data in accordance with your own data retention policies and applicable legal requirements. Upon termination of your account, Stinger Industries will handle your User Data in accordance with the data retention provisions set forth in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, documents, files, proposals, invoices, and customer communications (collectively, "User Content"). All User Content must comply with the following standards:
Legality. User Content must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance. You shall not upload or transmit content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates the commission of a crime.
Intellectual Property. User Content must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and distribute any User Content you provide through the Services.
Accuracy. You shall not knowingly upload or transmit content that is false, misleading, or deceptive in a manner that could cause harm to others or to the reputation of the Services.
Appropriateness. User Content must not contain obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material, unless such content is lawful and directly related to your legitimate business use of the Services, which Stinger Industries determines in its sole discretion is unlikely to apply.
Privacy. User Content must not contain personal information of any individual without that individual's informed consent or another lawful basis for processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, use, and storage of personal information through the Services complies with all applicable privacy laws.
Stinger Industries does not actively monitor User Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content that violates this Policy, at any time and without prior notice.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. You agree to:
Maintain the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication mechanisms.
Use a strong, unique password for your Stinger Industries account and not reuse passwords from other services.
Promptly notify Stinger Industries of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, or any other breach of security, by contacting us at ohhbeehave35@gmail.com.
Ensure that all users authorized to access the Services under your account comply with this Policy and all other applicable terms and agreements.
Properly manage user permissions and access levels within your organization, granting only the minimum level of access necessary for each user to perform their authorized functions.
Promptly deactivate or revoke access for any user who is no longer authorized to use the Services under your account, including former employees, contractors, or agents.
Stinger Industries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other consequences arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account or comply with the obligations set forth in this section. If Stinger Industries reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, we may suspend access to your account pending investigation, without liability to you.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
Stinger Industries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the following:
9.1 Warning
For minor or first-time violations, Stinger Industries may issue a written warning identifying the violation and requiring corrective action within a specified timeframe. Failure to take corrective action within the specified timeframe may result in further enforcement action.
9.2 Suspension
Stinger Industries may temporarily suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if it reasonably determines that a violation of this Policy has occurred or is ongoing. Suspension may be imposed immediately and without prior notice in cases where the violation poses an imminent risk to the security, integrity, or availability of the Services, or to other users. During a suspension, you may not be able to access your account, data, or any features of the Services.
9.3 Termination
Stinger Industries may permanently terminate your account and access to the Services for serious, repeated, or willful violations of this Policy. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice. Upon termination for violation of this Policy, you shall not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees, credits, or other amounts, regardless of the remaining duration of your subscription or billing period.
9.4 No Refund for Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Policy, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, proration, or compensation of any kind for any prepaid subscription fees, usage fees, or other charges. All fees paid prior to suspension or termination are non-refundable in cases of Policy violation.
9.5 Preservation of Rights
Stinger Industries' exercise of any remedy under this section does not limit or waive any other rights or remedies available to Stinger Industries under this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, including the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, or other legal remedies. Stinger Industries may also report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.
10. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, or if you believe that any user is using the Services in a manner that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with this Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly. Violation reports may be submitted through the following channels:
When reporting a violation, please include the following information to the extent available:
A description of the suspected violation, including any relevant details about the conduct or content at issue.
The identity of the user(s) involved, if known, including usernames, email addresses, or account identifiers.
Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, URLs, timestamps, or copies of communications.
Your contact information so that we may follow up if additional information is needed.
Stinger Industries will review all reports of violations in a timely manner and will take appropriate action as described in Section 9. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of any investigation due to privacy and legal considerations. Stinger Industries will not retaliate against any user who reports a suspected violation in good faith.
11. Changes to This Policy
Stinger Industries reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by other means we deem appropriate under the circumstances.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Policy become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must discontinue your use of the Services. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Non-material changes, such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice.
