Firm is the desk for a small civil law office: matters, intake, conflict holds, engagements, time, estimates, invoices and trust records. Bought on its own.

The desk for a small civil firm.

Firm keeps a small civil law office in order. Talk to Annabelle and she writes down what a person names on the desk. She never gives legal advice and never moves money.

Firm pricing Talk to Vincent

If you can talk, you can use it

Annabelle is how you work every program. The same Talk to Annabelle box sits in each one. You say what you need in your own words, she reads your saved records, drafts the work, and waits for your yes before anything moves money or messages a customer. On the Command Center you can also type by voice.

"Did the tech make it to the Alvarez pool today?"

She checks the visit log for that property in Service.

"What did he add to the water?"

She reads the readings and chemicals logged on that stop.

"Who still owes us money?"

She lists the open invoices from your books.

On 2 Nov 2026 she answered from saved records in Service, Construction, Galley, Quill, Marquee, SI-NET and Ledge, among others. In a few programs her panel is still being connected.

What it does for you

Trust money stays separate

The trust ledger is kept apart from the operating account on the desk.

Time becomes a bill

Time entries, estimates and invoices sit on the matter, with write-offs recorded.

A walled matter stays walled

Matters behind an ethical wall stay closed to people outside it.

Look up the rule

Search the rules and statutes from the desk. Annabelle never gives legal advice.

For each program we take the most widely used software in the field, list what it does, read what its own customers wish it did, and build past it. See how we compare .

Switching is smooth

Keep what you use

Connected today: Google Calendar and Drive, Dropbox, DocuSign, Square and Stripe.

Bring your books in from QuickBooks Desktop, a spreadsheet or bank statements. Bring your customers into Vanta from a CSV file.

Move to ours

One login opens every program for your door.

Your customers, jobs and books come in once, from the export file your old tool already gives you. We have the steps for 25 tools, from Jobber and ServiceTitan to QuickBooks and DocuSign.

In the first week Annabelle sets up your account with you and teaches each screen as you use it.

What Firm is

Firm is the desk for a small civil law office. It keeps matters, intake, conflict holds, engagements, time, estimates, invoices and trust records.

Annabelle runs the desk by talking, and there is a button for everything she does. She writes down only what a person names. She never gives legal advice and never moves money.

Firm is bought on its own, as its own program. It includes the Creator package. A Command Center plan does not include Firm.

The desk, one tile at a time.

Intake and conflict hold

Takes in a new person and matter. If a name may match someone already on the desk, the matter is held until a person decides.

Open Intake and conflict hold

Engagements

Keeps a consult apart from a signed engagement. A matter opens only when the engagement is signed.

Open Engagements

Time and estimates

Time entries with a narrative, tasks, and fee estimates you record and accept. An accepted estimate is not an invoice.

Open Time and estimates

Invoices

Invoices, write-offs and deadlines, all from amounts and dates a person names.

Open Invoices

Trust and operating record

Keeps client trust money and the firm’s operating money as two separate records, with a reconciliation checklist a person marks.

Open Trust and operating record

Walled matters

A matter can be walled off from the rest of the desk. It opens only when a person says so.

Open Walled matters

Originals, notary and release logs

Three logs for paper: where each original sits, the notary journal, and the copy release log.

The vault

Seven short notes Annabelle quotes, each with a reminder to confirm the current rule. If the vault does not have it, she says so.

Desk papers

Download the whole desk as plain-text papers. The desk is also saved to the database and comes back on reload.

Buy Firm on its own.

Firm is its own purchase. A Command Center plan does not include it.

Firm is office software, not legal advice. Synthetic demonstration shop. Not a law firm, not a court, not a filing portal. Annabelle is an AI and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Questions about Firm

Who is Firm for?

Small civil law offices.

Is Firm included in Command Center?

No. Firm is bought on its own. A Firm plan includes the Creator package.

Does Firm give legal advice?

No. Firm is office software. Annabelle never gives legal advice and never moves money.

Can engagement letters be signed electronically?

Engagement letters can be sent for e-signature through Stinger SI-NET, using the owner’s SI-NET account.

Can I keep Jobber or QuickBooks?

Yes. Run them beside Stinger. Direct connections to Jobber, QuickBooks Online and ten other tools are built and switched on when you connect your own account, and you can bring files in from QuickBooks Desktop, spreadsheets and bank statements today.

Do I have to retype my customers?

No. Export them from the tool you use now and they come in once, from that file. Vanta takes customers from a CSV file.

Do I need to learn new software?

Not much. Annabelle is the interface in every program. You tell her what you need in plain words, she shows you the draft, and nothing goes out until you say yes. Every button is still there if you prefer to click.

Where do you work?

On site from Port St. Lucie to Orlando, anywhere in Florida, up the East Coast and in New York. The software itself runs anywhere.
